This Privacy Policy explains what information memequake.com (the "Site"), operated by Genesis Nomad Inc. (doing business as MemeQuake), collects and how it's used. Short version: we collect very little.
1. What we collect
- Email list. If you sign up for our emails, we collect your email address, the page you signed up on, the date and time, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. We use it only to send you the free Rug-Pull Checklist and MemeQuake emails.
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of your visit. This is used for security and to keep the Site running.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we'll have your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply.
The Site has no accounts or logins, and we never ask for payment details or wallet information on the Site.
2. Emails and cookies
Our email list runs on MailWizz software on our own server, and emails are delivered through SendGrid (Twilio). Our emails may record when a link is clicked so we know which lessons are useful. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away.
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or other tools in the future, we'll update this policy first.
3. Third-party services
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when fonts load. Links to X, Instagram, TikTok and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
4. How we use information
We use the limited information above to operate and secure the Site and to respond to messages. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
5. Data retention
Server logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider and then deleted. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
6. Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@genesisnomad.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA, and we'll honor valid requests.
7. Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
