These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of memequake.com (the "Site"), operated by Genesis Nomad Inc., a Wyoming corporation doing business as MemeQuake ("MemeQuake," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Educational content only
Everything on the Site, and on MemeQuake's social media accounts, is for general information and educational purposes. Nothing we publish is financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, token or prediction-market position. Always do your own research and talk to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
2. No guarantees
We work to keep our content accurate, but crypto and prediction markets change fast. We make no promises that content is complete, current or error-free, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on it.
3. Sponsored content and affiliate links
Some posts may include affiliate links or sponsored content. When they do, we will label it clearly. We may earn a commission if you use an affiliate link, at no extra cost to you. Sponsorships never change our editorial standards.
4. Third-party links
The Site links to outside websites, tools and platforms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, security or practices. Using them is at your own risk.
5. Intellectual property
The MemeQuake name, logo, articles, graphics and other original content belong to Genesis Nomad Inc. You're welcome to share links to our posts and quote short excerpts with credit and a link back. Please don't copy or republish full articles or use our branding without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to break the law, attempt to hack or disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms its performance, or impersonate MemeQuake or its team. Beware of scams: MemeQuake will never DM you first asking for money, wallet seed phrases or private keys, and we do not run paid signal groups.
7. Legacy tokens

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Genesis Nomad Inc. and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including trading or investment losses.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
